Vendors are expected to be fully set up and ready to begin by 6:00pm
Food Trucks & Food Vendors - $200.00
Specialty Food Trucks & Food Vendors: $150.00
Merchandise Vendors: $150.00
Informational Vendors: $100.00
The following documents are REQUIRED by the City of Riverdale in order to be a FOOD VENDOR/FOOD TRUCK within the city. Please make sure you will be able to provide the following documentation upon confirmation and acceptance of application:
1. Business License
2. Proof of Insurance Liability and Vehicle Insurance (for Food Trucks)
3. Geogia Department of Health Permit
4. City of Riverdale Application
The following documents are REQUIRED by the City of Riverdale in order to be a MERCHANDISE/INFORMATIONAL VENDOR within the city. Please make sure you will be able to provide the following documentation upon confirmation and acceptance of application:
1. Business License
2. Proof of Insurance Liability or Vendor Insurance Waiver (will be emailed to you to sign)
3. City of Riverdale Application
Spaces are limited on a first come first serve basis of application and submission of payment. Submission of application does not guarantee a vendor space.
City of Riverdale, GA will review all applications and choose those that best fit the event. City of Riverdale, GA reserves the right to reject any application that does not enhance the overall scheme of the event. If a Vendor is rejected, it's because there are too many Vendors in a particular category, the application will be maintained, and the Vendor may be invited to join if other dates are available.
Vendors will receive an email confirmation from the City of Riverdale, GA and information on how to submit payment if selected for their preferred date(s). If a Vendor's application is accepted, payment must be paid within 2 days of Vendor's acceptance, if not paid within the 2 days, the application is forfeited.
All Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. The event will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Vendor Setup/Breakdown & Parking:
Vendors will receive set-up/breakdown and parking information via their preferred email 2-3 days prior to the event date.
Vendors are responsible for their own site set-up and break down.
Vendors are required to maintain their individual selling space in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Each Vendor is responsible for their own cleanup of his or her space at the end of the event.
Vendors should place any trash generated in and around the booth in available containers onsite.
Vendors must be self-sufficient. No ice, or electricity will be provided. Ice must be disposed of on concrete or asphalt only. Do not dump ice in the grass. Water can be provided with prior notice of need.
It gets dark around 9pm, we suggest having portable battery operating lighting or lanterns.
Vendors must provide all their own props and equipment including tents, tables, and chairs. Assigned space will be large enough to accommodate a 10'x10' tent only or 10x20 food truck, anything larger is not permitted. There will be NO make-shift structures allowed. This will be strictly enforced.
You must provide your own waste disposal. No grease, oil, or trash may be left on the ground. Violators will be banned from attending future events.
Vendors are required to be responsible for their own personal, general, and product liability insurance.
Vendors should protect their hands with plastic gloves when handling food. Due to Covid, wearing a face mask while serving customers is strongly encouraged.
ONLY Non-Alcoholic beverages/food can be sold.
All Vendors are encouraged to be friendly, courteous, and honest.
Application Submission Deadline Date:
July 7th, 2023 - Deadline date to submit application to be considered as a Vendor for July 22, 2023. If approved, Fees are due within 2 days of vendor approval.
